More Than Flooring – A Commitment to Trust
Hello, I'm Naveen, founder of Neo Floor Concepts and the person many of my customers know as the Floorologist.
To me, flooring is not simply about selling carpets, LVT, SPC, laminate flooring, engineered wood flooring or porcelain tiles. It is about understanding each customer's home, lifestyle and long-term needs before recommending the most suitable solution.
I firmly believe that every customer is investing their hard-earned money. That is why I never recommend a flooring product simply because it is expensive or fashionable. My responsibility is to recommend the flooring that is genuinely right for your property, your family and your budget.
For me, honesty, integrity and customer satisfaction will always be more valuable than winning a project through misleading advice. I would rather lose a project than recommend something I know is not the right solution.
My Journey in the Flooring Industry
My journey in the flooring industry began long before Neo Floor Concepts was established. Over the years, I have worked with flooring manufacturers in leadership roles, gaining experience in product development, manufacturing, sourcing, quality control and business management.
One of the most rewarding experiences in my career was being involved in establishing a flooring manufacturing facility, working closely on sourcing specialist machinery, negotiating with international suppliers and understanding the complete manufacturing process behind modern flooring products.
Why I Share My Knowledge
Over the years, I have seen many homeowners make costly flooring decisions simply because they were given incomplete or misleading advice. That is one of the main reasons I created the Neo Floor Concepts Flooring Advice Centre.
My aim is to help homeowners understand the advantages and limitations of different flooring products before they invest their hard-earned money. Whether someone eventually becomes our customer or not, I believe honest information helps people make better decisions.
