Neo Floor Concepts was selected to supply and install premium flooring throughout two newly built homes in Partington and Wythenshawe, Manchester. The project included waterproof SPC flooring, luxury vinyl flooring and dual-loop pile carpet, all installed to an exceptional standard within a very tight timescale.
Working closely with the homeowners, our experienced installation team completed both properties ahead of schedule, allowing the clients to move into their new homes on time while enjoying durable, stylish flooring designed to last for many years.

Understanding the Customer's Needs
Both customers had recently purchased their new-build homes. They chose Neo Floor Concepts instead of the builder's flooring package because our flooring quality was significantly better while remaining highly competitive on price.
They also needed the flooring completed before moving in, making time an important factor.
Understanding their situation, we reorganised our installation schedule and worked throughout the weekend with our dedicated fitting team to complete both projects significantly ahead of schedule.
Design Advice
Rather than simply supplying flooring, we helped both customers choose colours that would make their new homes feel brighter, warmer and more welcoming.
We recommended:
- Light Grey Waterproof SPC Flooring for the kitchen, hallway, WC and bathroom areas.
- Soft matching premium dual-loop pile carpet for the bedrooms, stairs and landing.
- Premium 5mm Vinyl Flooring in selected WC and bathroom areas for additional comfort and durability.
Completing the Project Early
Although projects of this size normally require three to four working days, our experienced installation team completed the entire project in just one and a half days.
By completing both projects ahead of schedule, the homeowners avoided paying an additional month's rent and were able to move into their new homes exactly as planned.
